Numens Detector Compatibility

Technoswitch is aware of the fact that the Numens range of detectors from China is being marketed as a direct replacement for the Apollo XP95 range. Furthermore, the perception is being given that these products have been tested and confirmed to be fully compatible with the Advanced Electronics control panels supplied by Technoswitch.

This is categorically not the case, as neither Technoswitch, nor Advanced Electronics, have tested these devices to verify their correct operation with either the TC4000 or TC5000 Intelligent Control panel ranges.

As a result, the use of the Numens detector with these panel ranges is not guaranteed, nor will such systems be supported by Technoswitch.
